How much does this software cost?
When you purchase SP+, it is a complete product ownership vs. a lease-to-use arrangement. To learn more see the Package Information section on our Purchase page. The cost for the Three-Seat Package is $1,499, while the Single-Seat Package costs only $699. See our ROI Calculator for more help in analyzing this investment.

What payment methods are acceptable?
You can Purchase either product immediately on our website using Visa, MasterCard or American Express. For purchases requiring payment by check, please Contact Us for more assistance.

Are there "hidden fees"?
No. The only optional additional fees are designed to make your experience of our product more efficient. Please see the Maintenance Plan and Seat License sections of our website for more information on these two options.

Technical / Sales

Is this a server-based product?

No, the products are built as single-user software.  This allows us to deliver on our promise that they are Easy-To-Use and require no real IT assistance.  We acknowledge that a small segment of the marketplace will require a server-based software (which will allow viewing of the work by all staff members registered to do so) and we are working on it now.  However, the overwhelming majority of those we’ve surveyed indicate that ease-of-use with a single-user platform is more important than the complications brought on with password-protected and more layered applications that sit on a server.  So, if your staff typically does all or most of the work on a presentation for one particular sponsor, then our current products are perfect for you.

How is the software delivered? 

It's all delivered online...so, any computer you deem worthy of getting a version installed will be manually installed by going to our Web site, taking a link, placing the software onto the hard drive and then registering it with our servers on the initial launch.  You will be provided a serial number for the company and then the number of Seat Licenses you purchased will be deposited into your account...each time a computer is registered your Seat License account is diminished by one.

 

What if we need more Seat Licenses? 

Each additional Seat License costs $449, a discount of $250 from the original Seat License.  For our popular Maintenance Plan the cost is $75 per Seat License for 12 months.  All you have to do is send a note to Sales@SponsorshipPRO.com and we will personally contact you to explain pricing, the Maintenance Plan and purchase options.

What is required to view the sponsor's presentations?
No additional software is needed to view your presentation. Both products come with a built-in Viewer application, which is automatically included in your output file for each presentation that you create. Most computers already have the basic media players, such as Windows Media Player, or QuickTime that are used to play these advanced files within the presentation. See the System Requirements section of our website for more details.

What media files are supported?
Both products support most common Document and Image file formats. SponsorshipPRO+ also supports most Video and Audio file formats, which allows for inclusion of radio and TV spots. See the Product Comparison section of our website for more details.

I've purchased and installed the product. How do I get started?
Simply open the product and get started creating your dynamic presentation! With the Overview, the Pro Tips and the Help/FAQ section easily available at all times, its easy to work your way through your first sponsor file. The "wizard-based" format asks all the hard questions, allowing you to focus on providing the support information that will substantiate your sponsor’s investment. If you are a Maintenance Plan member you can also get “Live Chat” help, if needed.

How do I back up my data?
Each time you "publish" the sponsor, you will be creating a new file that contains all of the associated media files. You should always perform regular back ups as you do with other important programs.

The information you create is stored in the Data Folder, which is held in Program Files>SponsorshipPRO+ section.  This folder should be saved along with all other important files and folders.

Is there a limit to the number of Products, Sponsors or media files that the products can keep track of?
No, they are virtually unlimited! With the expandable file format, you can add as many products as you offer, service as many sponsors as you can sign, and keep track of as many marketing assets as you can deliver. Of course you need to manage your used disk space accordingly, just as you do with any software program. 

I only want to share certain media files in my presentation. How do I do that?
Only SponsorshipPRO+ offers the "Private Notes" feature (see Product Comparison)that allows you to gather detailed information about your product, sponsor, or marketing asset and make this information available privately. It’s a great feature for presentations that have many details that your sales team will want to keep track of.

Can I get assistance while using SponsorshipPRO+?
SponsorshipPRO+ offers excellent tutorials baked right into the software and a FAQ/Help section within the program. Additionally, our Maintenance Plan customers receive numerous additional benefits. Basic support can be found on the Support page of the Web site.

Where can I get training and support for SponsorshipPRO+?
Our Maintenance Plan customers receive one complimentary “Get-To-Work” training session offered online, and access to the latest FAQs, Pro Tips, the latest support forums.  Additionally, all Maintenance Plan customers receive access at no charge to updated versions of the software which may contain feature improvements or simple product corrections.  Please see our Support page for more information.  For the most detailed help available, the User’s Guide is included with your program download.

What is included with the Maintenance Plan?
The annual Maintenance Plan includes a customized Support Ticket system for best service when you need us, a "Get-To-Work" training session conducted online and on the phone, access to the latest features and updates, a Support Forum, a Tips and Tricks page and a regular newsletter with handy tips for maximizing your return on SponsorshipPRO+. Technical

What are the system requirements needed to run SponsorshipPRO+?
Each program has the same requirements: Pentium or equivalent recommended, Microsoft Windows 2000/98/XP,64 MB RAM or as required by the OS,
25 MB disk space to install the program, 25 MB free disk space to run the application. Depending on the size of the files you plan to import into the application you will need to make sure you have enough space to accommodate another copy of each file imported into the application for use in your presentation. Video display of at least 800 x 600 is required. Visit System Requirements for more details. At this time our products are not configured to work with the Vista OS. We hope to make this adjustment soon.

Can I re-install the software again if there are problems during the installation phase?
Yes. Please visit our Support page for detailed instructions, or Contact Us for assistance with your download serial number or additional seat licenses.

Can I use SponsorshipPRO+ on a Mac?
Yes and no.  At this time, SponsorshipPRO+ is only available in a PC-based format. However, if you employ one of the mirroring software on your Mac you should be able to successfully install and use SP+.

There are options, but we like Parallels ( www.parallels.com ). It should be noted that some newer versions of Mac computers come pre-loaded with Apple's Boot Camp mirroring software. All have been tested and will allow your machine to behave just like a PC whenever you choose, with one-click shuttle between the two platforms. NOTE -- you will need Windows XP and Open Office software to power the Windows application files you intend to share such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. We are happy to answer additional questions on this topic by contacting support@sponsorshippro.com
