eBrandedSolutions Becomes IFEA Official Partner
Marketing Firm Rolls Out Customized Presentation Software at IFEA Convention

11/9/2004 ATLANTA — eBrandedSolutions, Inc. (eBS) announced that it has become an Official Partner of the International Festivals and Events Association (IFEA). The agreement coincides with eBS’ launch of the new marketing software SponsorshipPRO+ at the IFEA’s 49th Annual Convention in Boston, November 8-12, 2004.

The product will be marketed as the first presentation software application created specifically for the $11 billion sponsorship industry. It will be marketed as a key new ally in the effort to retain and attract sponsors through more effective reporting of benefits, measurement and other ROI values.

The IFEA is recognized internationally as one of the events industry’s preeminent bodies of leadership and influence. Its annual convention attracts over 750 people each year and is attended by some of the world’s leading event managers. Attendees participate in training workshops, social events and a trade show.

“We believe, and research concludes, that more needs to be done in the area of after-event reporting. Sponsorship buyers nationally are demanding more in terms of fulfillment, measurement, return and a general accounting of their investment,” said eBrandedSolutions President Tom Stipes. “Conversely, sponsorship selling organizations are looking for an advantage, a selling asset that will help deliver more value to their sponsors and meet that need.”

As part of the agreement, IFEA members will be entitled to special purchase pricing through their annual membership package. During the convention, members can receive quick demonstrations at the eBS booth and will be able to take home a limited-time Trial Version CD. Members can also register to win a software and equipment package worth $1,899 to be announced on Friday as the trade show concludes.

“We’re excited to welcome eBS and SponsorshipPRO+ to the IFEA family. The cost efficiencies and ease-of-use are two of the benefits we think will appeal to our members,” said Kaye Campbell, IFEA Senior Vice President. “Fulfillment reporting is always a challenge and we plan to put SponsorshipPRO+ to use with our own national sponsors as soon as possible.”

“We engineered the products to work for the Sales Director, sales associates and those who support them, at organizations of all sizes and sophistication levels,” said Stipes. “So you won’t need an IT Department to implement SponsorshipPRO+. Our goal is to put the user in position to save valuable time and expense in assembling a much more dynamic after-event report.”
