A Seat License is needed for each computer on which you would like to install the software. If you purchased the Three-Seat Package you will have three (3) Seat Licenses (or installations) available for your organization and one (1) Seat License if you purchased the One-Seat Package. You may also purchase additional Seat Licenses at anytime.
The additional Seat Licenses are priced to make it easy for more people in your organization to justify use of SponsorshipPRO+. You will determine which computers get SP+ installed and we can easily disable a computer in your organization at any time when we receive a written notice from the Account Administrator. The need to re-install the software can happen for many reasons, but it will be the responsibility of the organization when necessary. See below for possible examples.
You can order additional installations in the Purchase section now or anytime in the future by contacting us at Sales@SponsorshipPRO.com . Each Seat License will contain a registration Serial Number that will be required the first time the software is launched on a machine. When this registration takes place, you will have one less Seat License available in your account. It is recommended that the organization's Administrator or IT professional actually install the software on each computer to ensure a smooth download.
