Note – Regarding Windows 7: As you may know, Windows 7 is offered in three versions: Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate. Furthermore, there are 32-bit and 64-bit Operating Systems.

SponsorshipPRO+ has been successfully tested on machines employing 32-bit Windows 7 (any version). So any machine fitting into this category should be able to deploy the software and also successfully open the finished Viewer folders that would be burned to CD or flash drive. To check your version of the O/S go to Start>Computer and select System Properties in the top menu bar - then look about half-way down the page for the information you need.

There is another option for those using 64-bit O/S and Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate. These two versions include an integration program called Windows XP Mode while Home Premium does not (the upgrade from Home Premium is usually around $100). SponsorshipPRO+ has been successfully tested on machines when operating in Windows XP Mode.

NOTE – XP Mode does pose some additional issues but the software does function properly. We are not completely done with improvements in this area and continue to work towards making it possible for 64-bit users to install the software directly vs. using XP Mode.

We do not anticipate a working configuration with Vista. We have not enjoyed testing success, yet, on computers that have been upgraded from Vista to Win7. Feel free to contact us at support@sponsorshippro.com to more fully discuss.

For Mac users, the software has operated successfully provided you employ one of the mirroring software on your Mac.

There are options, but we like Parallels (www.parallels.com). It should be noted that some newer version of Mac computers come pre-loaded with Apple's Boot Camp mirroring software. All have been tested and will allow your machine to behave just like a PC whenever you choose, with one-click shuttle between the two platforms. NOTE -- you will need Windows XP and Open Office software to power the Windows application files you intend to share such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. We are happy to answer additional questions on this topic by contacting support@sponsorshippro.com
