about eBS products. Our assistance includes helping you understand:

to helping you understand how the products work. It cannot be assumed
that our support includes directly implementing these product features
in your project.
Additional channels for development consultation include:
- Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) – the HELP
icon located on each page of the software application itself
- User’s Guide – a complete and illustrative
document full of tips and detailed usage instructions. It can be found
in the Program Files section of all computers that have successfully
installed SponsorshipPRO+.
- One free online training session is included with

Started Support
An organization is entitled to a free Getting Started Support session
within 90 days of original purchase. The session could be conducted via
live online communication (requires advance registration) or by viewing
